Related to Wave 1, each piece uses two perspex plates providing depth. The pieces can be hung individually or in various linear or group combinations to create a larger overall shape.

These pieces are related to Wave 1. Shown as a triptych, each piece can also be hung in its own right. The design is based on overlapping chevron waves which are offset and mirrored, providing multiple patterns. The overlapping sequence of colour shows a build-up from dark to light.

This piece is related to Wave 1. An asymmetric composition of various chevron-shaped waves overlapping with each other. It provides many different images: sand rippling back towards the sea, or perhaps, more abstractly, hieroglyphic type shapes.

This is a graphic piece playing with the letters of 'New York'. The shapes of the letters have been reflected & mirrored, giving rise to various patterns such as the iconic steel girders of years ago, which are coloured NY Taxi Cab yellow.

This series plays with coloured straight lines based on definable shapes. These are applied to different sides of two perspex sheets, creating an interplay between the shapes as the viewer moves. This gives a 'moire' effect.

This piece is related to Celtic Knot. The actual design is the exact same but the variation in colouring shows a completely different end result. The name ‘Tile’ speaks of how multiple tiles could be made and laid out side-by-side, giving an endless pattern like a tiled wall or floor.

This series was inspired by the Japanese art of 'Suminagashi' black ink patterns on still water. The idea has been translated to a different medium providing alternate lines of colour in a swirling design.

This series of work was in response to the rainbows displayed in support of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The design is in a wave pattern with all the colours of the rainbow. The emphasis here is on red.
